Creating a truly intuitive navigation requires stepping outside your own perspective.


6. Clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs): The Gentle Nudge

A visitor arrives on a page. They like what they see. Now what?


Every page should have a clear, compelling "Call-to-Action" (CTA) that tells the user exactly what the next step is.


Its placement, color, design, and the very words you use can dramatically affect how many people actually click it.
